About the President

DRI was founded in 2020 by Christopher J. Chadwick, a seasoned executive leader with more than three decades of experience guiding complex defense, federal, and maritime programs at the highest levels of government and industry. A former senior U.S. Navy and Department of Defense program leader (GS-15 equivalent), Chris has led multi-billion-dollar portfolios, enterprise modernization initiatives, acquisition reform efforts, and cross-functional teams operating in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.

Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for disciplined execution, strategic foresight, and principled leadership. Chris specializes in program risk management, enterprise governance, acquisition strategy, and organizational transformation — helping government and industry partners navigate complexity while delivering measurable, mission-aligned results.

Holding an active Top Secret / SCI clearance, Chris brings not only technical and operational depth, but also credibility in board-facing environments, executive advisory roles, and prime contractor engagements. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, clarity of purpose, and building high-performing teams that execute with precision and integrity.

About the Vice President

Thomas Murray, co-Founder of DRI, serves as Vice President of Technology at DRI. An engineer by training, Murray specializes in designing advanced networked systems that integrate voice, video, and data communications. A pioneer in the transition from analog to digital platforms in the early 2000s, he continues to lead the development of secure, high-performance communication and collaboration systems across healthcare, education, commercial, government, and secure space environments. His expertise includes AV over IP, enterprise network design, healthcare technology integration, video communications infrastructure, surveillance systems, and large-scale audio/visual technologies.
